It’s that time of the year again! Our Annual BAC Blood Donation Drive is back, and YOU have the chance to make a difference.

📍 Venue: Dance Studio, MonsterFit, Level 3A, Block 4, BAC PJ Campus

Blood donation is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to save lives. A single donation can help multiple patients in need, from accident victims to those battling critical illnesses.

💡 TIPS BEFORE YOU DONATE:
✅ Have a good meal – don’t come on an empty stomach! 
✅ Stay hydrated 
✅ Get a good night’s sleep
